It would be handy on a site side of things to be able to at least name your orders in the purchase history section. (Though, in the end you still get your products, and their packaging ensures that even single products arrive safely.) If this happens, it becomes a bit of a rough time trying to keep track. From there, it only gets messy, and you can end up with several tracking numbers to keep track of what was originally one order. Sometimes you'll get instances of single items being shipped or groupings that fragment an order.

Following on their shipping policy to often wait until a full order is available, this doesn't always occur. Jumping to one final part, and still related to the former section is their purchase history section. It would just be handy if the extra step could be avoided, but it could be argued that it's merely user error. If anything, you can usually resolve the problem with contacting their customer service. Though, I can't say the minor inconvenience has kept me away.

To which, it may create a cycle where other products may go out-of-stock, and continue to hold it up. If you don't do so, you may be waiting a good time on products that would normally arrive without any issue. I find it annoying when I forget to separate pre-orders or out-of-stocks into an order of their own.

(I'll be grouping the shipping part in this.) When fulfilling/shipping orders shared with out-of-stock or pre-order items, it often times snags the order and holds them until all items are available. If you're going to be someone who pre-orders on rightstuf, it is worthwhile to separate them into their own order. I take issue when it comes to pre-ordering, navigating their purchase history section, and the general route taken when shipping these orders. Now, if you've gotten this far, that doesn't mean rightstuf is by far perfect. The last thing anyone likes seeing is when something you've spent the money on buying gets damaged or even destroyed in transit. This alone, in my humble opinion, makes rightstuf more than worthwhile to purchase from. There has yet to be a single instance, even when the package has been mishandled, that my products have been damaged. A cardboard buffer region within packages really does wonders when it comes to products being protected. But, what really keeps bringing me back has to come down to their packaging of products. One thing I find worthwhile is their discounts for membership, and their frequent sales across the site. Rightstuf is, and has been gradually becoming my go to site to buy anime merchandise. Long and short of it is that RightStuf is a great site and they package well, just be willing to wait for shipping. Again I order a lot of manga and have no problem waiting for preorders or out of stocks for a while just for the deals offered. They also say they prioritize member shipping so if you order a bunch of popular things that say they are in stock during a sale, you may find an item is 'out of stock' in the next couple of days and you may need to wait. Now sometimes they will ship part of your order if you are in the US but be aware that they will not always do so. That means if something goes out of stock while you are waiting for a preorder you may need to wait even longer. This is a big thing with a lot of people, but it doesn't bother me too much, be aware if you place a large order and something is out of stock or preorder you may need to wait until ALL items are available until it ships. Or removing from cart) is not the easiest. It will log you out fairly frequently, it has long load times sometimes, and navigation certain parts (like save later. CONS: really I don't have many complaints, more room for improvement.

PLUS they do pretty regular large events where they will give even bigger deals and even bundle books together to help you get longer (popular) series if you have fallen behind. The deals is the best part though, I mean I order a lot of manga and they have usually some type of discount on manga at all times, plus a revolving deal with publishers that will give an extra deal with that particular publisher for a bit. Their packaging is top notch! They use boxes, wrap items in paper, and usually have some type of cardboard insert to keep any wiggle room to an absolute minimum.

PROS: The site had amazing deals on anime and manga, especially if you pay for the membership ($18 yearly) which depending on how much or how often you purchase can pay for itself pretty quickly. Don't get me wrong, the site is great for deals and I have been a purchaser since 2013, and a paid member since 2016 but there is room for improvement. So I really wish I could give RightStuff a 4.5 star but I am not willing to go to a 4, so I guess they are getting a 5.
